Colors of Chennai – Photography Exhibition

Students of Ambitions 4 Photography Academy, Chennai hosted a unique photography exhibition – COLORS OF CHENNAI at the Phoenix Market City,Velachery.

The exhibition was inaugurated on World photography Day by Mr. Novel – Center Director, Phoenix Market City and Mr. Marlon Pinto – GM, Operations Team, Phoenix Market City on 19th August 2015 as a mark of celebrating World Photography Day and Madras Day at Phoenix Market City,Velachery.

The exhibition featured pictures by the students of Ambitions 4 Photography Academy, portraying various facets of Chennai. Chennai as a growing metrois known for having preserved its cultural identity. The exhibition brought out the beauty of the city in terms of its iconic buildings, landmarks, modern marvels, hardworking people,cultural identity etc. It has been aptly named the ‘Colors of Chennai’ as the pictures enthralled the audience with it’s myriad representation of the City.

The response from the visitors to the exhibition once again proved the mettle of the quality of Photographers from Ambitions 4 Photography Academy. The pictures were eye-catching and beautifully illustrated the various aspects of Madras (Chennai). Some pictures gave a different perspective to the usual places where as some were high on the emotional quotient. It made the Chennaiaites and foreigners admire the multifaceted city for its vibrant hues.

The picture of a working mother with her child by Mr.Pon Viswanathan received the most votes.
