Photography Tour

More than 30 students of ‘Ambitions 4 Photography Academy’ from various batches joined together for an exciting and adventurous photography tour in Jan’03. To mark the celebration of the New Year, Ambitions 4 Photography Academy organized a photography tour in Tamil Nadu. The places covered were, Tanjore, Kumbakonam, Tarasuram, Trichirappalli, Srirangam, Mukkombu, Viralimalai, Madurai, Kodaikaanal, Theni, Kumbakarai and so on.

The students with power packed energy to capture various subjects like, nature, wild life, heritage, culture, landscapes, people, monuments and lot more started from the academy in a chartered high-tech bus on 8th Jan’03 and reached back on 12th midnight Jan’03. Through out the tour all the students’ interest was focused only on looking for subjects and capturing them at its best. On an average every student has exposed not less than 15 – 20 numbers 35mm film rolls during the trip.

Being an adventurous trip the students were given the training to spend their photography time in tuff areas with rocks and forest. The students were managing to sustain all the difficulties and challenges involved in an adventurous photography tour. Through out the tour the students were interacting with Mr. KL.Raja regarding complicated picture taking conditions and creative visualization.

This four and half a day trip in Tamil Nadu had given lot of opportunities for the students to shoot diversified subjects under different lighting conditions.
